Game Cancellation Policies
Ring Games
All players will have all chips that were in play when cancellation occurred returned in full.
Sit N Go Tournaments
Players who had already been eliminated from the tournament will not receive any refund of any applicable buy-ins or entry fees. The remaining players will at a minimum be refunded any buy-ins and entry fees.
Single prize Sit N Go tournaments
If there are more than 25% of the players remaining, then no prize will be awarded.
If no more than 25% of the starting players remaining in the Sit N Go have chips at the time of cancellation, then the first prize will be awarded to the person who had the most chips at the time of cancellation. If there is a tie, Ujogo will award multiple first place prizes.
Multiple prize pool Sit N Go tournaments
If there are more than 25% of the players remaining, then no prize will be awarded.
If no more than 25% of the starting players remaining in the Sit N Go have chips at the time of cancellation, then value of the prizes will be distributed to the remaining players according to the number of chips they had at the time of cancellation.
